Commercial Landscaping Maintenance

We offer a variety of Landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care and mowing, monthly weeding and detail service, spring and/or fall cleanups, edging and mulching, trimming and pruning shrubs, and seasonal flower installation.

Commercial Snow Maintenance

PLC snow removal teams work around the clock to ensure your operations don’t slow down when snow piles up.  Our team has been trained in the challenges of winter storms and other major weather events.

From roadways and parking lots to pathways and sidewalks, you can count on PLC to ensure surfaces are clear of hazards so workers, residents, clients and employees can safely access facilities.  We take pride in providing services to help you reduce injury risk due to slippery conditions.  We strive for the best response time possible, 24 hours a day!

Our commercial snow management services include snow plowing, snow removal, deicing, applying salt or calcium chloride, and Ice Watch services.  We offer seasonal or per inch/occurrence contracts and customize them to each customers’ needs.
